Shipping

All orders are shipped discreetly in plain unmarked packages. In stock items will usually ship out within 2-5 business days. Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery. We do NOT guarantee delivery times. Estimated delivery times apply to in-stock items only. At this time, we only ship to the US & Canada.

CANADIAN ORDERS - (Please contact us via email for a shipping quote - do not forget to let us know what are the items you are planning to order). All taxes, brokerage fees, and duty fees are paid for by the buyer. Sure2please.com does not include the charges in your order, nor do we pay any of the Canadian taxes or fees of any kind that may be charged upon delivery.

NOTES: Orders to Hawaii and Alaska must ship via UPS 2nd Day Air Only. Shipping not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship to U.S. territories (American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands).

Shipping Cost

USPS shipping is a flat fee of only $9.99 for all US mainland states.  Alaska, Hawaii etc. may include addtional charges. Shipping charges are subject to change.

Return Policy

Sure2please stands behind the quality of our merchandise. Please inspect your order carefully. We will authorize returns up to 15 days from the receipt of your order. Sure2please will replace any damaged item that is returned within the 15 day period. Returns for overstock, in store damages, or garments that have been worn will not be accepted. Closeout or sale merchandise will not be subject to return. We do not issue any cash refunds. Items returned MUST be in NEW, UNUSED Condition with non-damaged packaging. We will NOT accept returns of items with obvious signs of use. You must notify us by e-mail within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return. Failure to notify us within a 7 day period will result in refusal of your return. We will not refund the cost of shipping or handling, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, or an error on the part of us or one of our suppliers. If you return items in used condition, you will be responsible for the cost to have them shipped back to you. All clearance sales, hosiery sales and undergarment sales are final, no returns / exchanges will be accepted on any clearance, hosiery or undergarment merchandise. All authorized returns that meet above terms will result in a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase, or store credit. Due to health regulations, we will only accept returns on bikinis, undergarments or underwear that have not been worn and are in original unopened packaging with tags attached.
