Below, we have accumulated answers to some of our most-asked customer service related questions. If you have additional questions, please contact us and we will be glad to respond.

I just bought something from your site. How long will it take to arrive?
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (in stock items) during the business week. Ship times are from 3 to 12 business days, depending on your location. Keep in mind that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Discreet shipping and billing is important to me. How will my order look when it arrives and what will show up on my credit card?
Your order will come packaged in a plain brown box. The shipping label will read S2PL. Your credit card or Paypal account will be charged under the name S2PL as well.

How much is shipping?
USPS shipping is a flat fee of only $9.99 for all US mainland states.  Alaska, Hawaii etc. may include addtional charges.

How do you ship?
We ship via the USPS. We do not offer express or rush shipping at this time but your product is shipped within 24 hours as long as it is in stock.

What is your return policy?
Sure2please will replace any damaged item that is returned within the 15 day period. Items returned must be in NEW, UNUSED Condition with non-damaged packaging. We will NOT accept returns of items with obvious signs of use. You must notify us by e-mail within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return. Failure to notify us within a 7 day period will result in refusal of your return.
We will not refund the cost of shipping or handling, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, or an error on the part of us or one of our suppliers. If you return items in used condition, you will be responsible for the cost to have them shipped back to you. All returns that meet the above terms will result in a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase, or store credit.

Defects
If an item is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item.

Can I cancel my order?
Your order is processed and shipped same day in most instances so you get it quickly. There is therefore no way to cancel an order once it has been made. Please order carefully.

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Canada?
Shipping to these areas can be arranged, although we suggest that you contact us first as the shipping charge will be substantially more and possible taxes / duties may apply.
